Never select a roofing company based on price

Most homeowners will probably get three estimates before choosing a roofing company.  While this may not be a bad stratedy, it implies you should look for middle of the road pricing.  Unfortunately, this method does not focus on value.  Most roofing companies will not be around in five years.  So if you choose a roofing contractor solely on middle of the road pricing, there’s a good chance, that contractor will not be around to service your roof in five years.

Focusing on labor techniques and roofing materials is the way to go.  If the same company goes out of business in the next five years and you need servicing   six years later, guess what, having chosen a roofing contractor based on better materials and labor techniques pretty much ensures your problem will be minor.
